Yang. Ming-Hour
Yang, Ming-Hour received his PhD degree in Computer Science and Information Engineering at National Central University and serves as Professor of Information & Computer Engineering at Chung Yuan Christian University. He is currently the Board Supervisor of Chinese Cryptology and Information Security Association (CCISA) and the Editorial Board member of International Journal of Information Systems and Social Change. He was the Secretary General of CCISA and Assistant Professor of Computer Science at National Chiao-Tung University. He served as the Guest Editor of International Journal of Security and Networks and Information Security Newsletter. He also served as Conference Organizing Committee Member of IEEE MDM'09, IEEE APWCS' 07, ISC'08, ACM, AsiaCCS' 06, and as Program Committee Member of DEXA09, ICDIM09 and CISC09.
